Our new #425 replaces the popular #338 and is similar in how the new one works except the new one has major improvements over the older design. Call Shop Outfitters to learn the difference. Here are a few improvements that will help with all projects:
#1 Smooth heavy duty designed scissor jack eliminates the need for a lock handle being there is no longer any hydraulic jack bleedback of fluid during rolling. Much simpler to use.
#2 Rolls up to 4″ wide by 1/4″ and up to 3″ by 3/8″ flat. Comes with 2 flat rollers, two true track rollers (as shown in the photo) and also 1″ square & 1/2″ square and solid round dies. Drive roller is a little smaller in diameter making it less work to turn the big handwheel when rolling heavier material through the machine.
#3 True Track Roller Dies for the #425 make it a lot easier to keep the material straight (reducing spiral) when rolling material through the machine.
