The #425 Pedestal Arch & Ring Roller will roll circles 14" and larger in diameter out of flat, solid round and solid square up to 1/2". It can roll 4" wide hot roll flat up to 1/4" in thickness, 3" wide flat up to 3/8" in thickness and 1& 1/2" wide flat up to 1/2" in thickness. As to rolling 1" square tubing (up to 10 gauge) this machine is best used for rolling large radius circles & arches like those in the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th photo seen below. 12 photos of projects that were made using one of our pedestal ring rollers are shown below. The stars of this show wrote a book about the show in which the praised the reliability of our Pedestal Ring & Arch Roller. Back a number of years ago a non-profit organization purchased 25 of them from us. They sent them to Afghanistan after the country experienced a devastating earthquake that destroyed many homes. They used them to build Quonset type shelters (made with large half hoops) for those who had lost everything.
