The #1-ORB Ornamental Roller-Bender is the most versatile hand operated machine that we know of for making the components needed for ornamental project of all kinds. This is why orders for it have come in from all over the globe from places like Tahiti and Madagascar, countries one would not normally think of as needing ironwork. The African country of Eritrea has purchased more #1-ORBs, #425s and #UF-25Hs, for the schools in their country than any other single entity amounting to hundreds of thousands of dollars. We are constantly hearing from new purchasers of the #1-ORB just how impressed they are with their machine and the things they can make with it. We credit the success of the #1-ORB not just to the machine itself but to the unique business opportunities its capabilities make possible. To make this more apparent we have included #1-ORB owner's projects in our new "Show & Tell Project Idea" (sales helper) book and on this website under the heading "Customer Projects". We have also designed and built numerous projects with the #1-ORB, #425 and #UF-25H ourselves. It is impossible to make specific instructions on how to make each of the many projects shown in our first (now available) "Show & Tell Idea and Project Book". Nevertheless, our instruction manuals give our equipment owners the basics of how to, form the components used in these projects. Among the many projects seen in our book photos (and customer photos) are item categories that can be specialized in which can be turned into an income earning business. These businesses, unlike a franchise business, do not require paying for blue sky. It is also not limited to one business. Our customers actually get something of value for their money. When they purchase our equipment, they have many choices as to which business category they wish to specialize in. Besides getting our full color 256-page "Show & Tell and Project Idea Book" (their sales helper to show potential customers) with their machine they have a commitment from us to produce more books that can continue to help them with their business in the future. We are particularly excited about the new book we are currently working on entitled Timeless Signs & Memorials. The attention we devote to the business aspects of using our equipment (the most important part) by developing books and building projects is something no other manufacturer that we know of is willing do. This is probably because of the enormous amount of time and expense it takes to fabricate such a huge number of projects. Approximately 60 percent of our callers are looking to start a business in order to earn income and in many cases escape their current employment. About 20 percent are schools wanting to upgrade their shop class trades (welding and fabrication) learning capability, while the other 10 percent are established businesses that the need our equipment for a job they have recently acquired or potential future jobs, they want the capability of being able to do.
